Trump breaks off trade negotiations. "A direct and shocking attack"

U.S. president Donald Trump announced on Friday that he is immediately suspending trade negotiations with Canada due to the fact that the country has not backed down from plans to impose a digital services tax. He stated that within a week he will inform Canada of a fresh tariff rate on goods from that country.
