U.S. president Donald Trump signed on Wednesday a proclamation completely prohibiting entry into the United States for citizens of 12 states. The list includes Afghanistan, Haiti, Iran, Sudan and Libya. A somewhat milder regulation was announced against the citizens of 7 another countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America.
