US president Donald Trump signed an order on Wednesday imposing "reciprocal tariffs" of at least 10 percent on goods imported from abroad. In the case of the European Union, it is 20 percent. As the expert points out, Russia is not on the list with tariffs, although it even includes uninhabited overseas territories of another countries.
