US Presidential envoy for the mediate East Steve Witkoff arrived in Moscow on Thursday to meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin, Reuters reported, citing the Russian news agency TASS. The talks may focus on the US proposal for a 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine.
