Trump: “No 1 plays me, I effort to help”

Nobody plays me in talks about the end of the war in Ukraine," stated U.S. president Donald Trump. The Secretary of State Marco Rubio had earlier said that the US is prepared to quit attempts to accomplish peace between Ukraine and Russia if there are no signs that this is achievable soon.

Trump was asked by a writer during yesterday's press conference in the White home whether he believes Russia is “playing it” in the months of negotiations to end Russia's war with Ukraine.

He besides answered the question of whether he was in agreement with Rubio’s statement. He added that people die all day through the war in Ukraine, so those who do not want to end it are "cruel".

Will they back off if there's no breakthrough?

He did not uncover how much time the U.S. gave themselves to decide on its continued commitment to the peace process, which was on the Republican precedence list inactive during the presidential run in 2024.

Earlier yesterday, Rubio said that the US should "establish whether (peace in Ukraine – PAP) is available in a fewer weeks or not".

If so, we'll get involved. But if not, we have another priorities, too.
