The crisis in Azerbaijan-Russia relations is part of a larger clash between Moscow and Ankara. The normalisation of relations between Turkey and Armenia – on the 1 hand, and the possible truce between Russia and Ukraine – on the other, will mean the intensifying of the Ankara-Moscow conflict.
