Trial of erstwhile South Korean president begins, he faces death threat

The criminal trial of the country's ousted president, Yoon Suk-yeol, has begun in South Korea. The erstwhile president is accused of attempting to carry out a rebellion and a coup, which is punishable by life in prison or even the death penalty.
