Andrzej Duda signed a bill requiring developers to print the prices of their apartments - informed the President's Chancellery on Friday.
It is simply a revision of the law on the protection of the rights of the buyer of a residential or single-family home and the Developer warrant Fund, which obliges developers to website maintenanceon which the prices of housing are to be given from the start of the sale to its completion.
