On Tuesday, the European Commission agreed to the acquisition of Spirit's aircraft construction maker by the American Boeing company. Brussels, however, has set the condition - Boeing will sale all the plants supplying parts to the European Airbus, as well as dispose of the mill located in Malaysia.
