At least 21 people died and as many were injured in the Russian raid – specified are the effects of the tragic attack on Jarowa – notified on Tuesday by Vada Filashkin, head of the Donetsk regional military administration. Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski called for the consequence of the US and the European Union.
