Tragic night in Kiev, the number of victims increases

At least 14 people were killed as a consequence of night Russian attacks on Kiev - the head of military administration of Ukrainian capital Tymur Tkachenko reported. The interior ministry of Ukraine reported that Russia attacked civilian targets.
