This pre-Christmas period is highly intense, due to the fact that preparations for Christmas are getting faster, and the list of items to buy usually only increases. Sunday 14 December is just before the holidays, which for many families may be an perfect time for larger shopping, especially erstwhile there is no time for this week. The question so arises whether on that day all shops will be open, namely whether it is simply a commercial Sunday or whether there is simply a trade ban.
