Tougher penalties for drivers. Even a life ban

The Ministry of interior Affairs and Administration, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Infrastructure have prepared a task that provides for harsher penalties for drivers. The proposal includes, among another things, a life driving ban for driving without a license.
