Ukraine wants to have Patriot missiles and the ability to produce them, but we besides want that. We have conveyed to the Americans that the production of missiles should take place in a safe place, specified as Poland," reveals Deputy defence Minister Cezary Tomczyk in an interview with "Gazeta Wyborcza" published on Wednesday.
