The CSDD Directive is harmful to economics?

When last on III legislature ESG – Leaders of Sustainable improvement – Europe (III ESC legislature – Europe – leaders of sustainable development)w Warsaw I explained that the directive on forcing companies to meet uneconomic indicators, including purely ideological identity measures, is destructive to economics and is Marxist in its pronunciation, I heard that we must look forward with optimism and follow the example of the West.

CSDD Directive blocked by FDP

Here we go. German FDP (German. Freie Democratische Partei – Free Democratic Party, partner of the German government coalition, blocked the approval of the national Republic of Germany in support of another directive in the package ESG – CSDD, which requires large companies operating in the European Union to identify, measure and manage negative environmental and social impacts, is intended to force large companies active in the Community to monitor and punish smaller entities in the supply chain if they do not meet climate, identity, sex differentiation, sexual manifestation, and so on.

What does that mean?

The CSDD Directive is an interventionist regulation

The CSDD Directive is 1 of the most ambitious and interventionist regulations that puts 1 company on the other. Each company is to control its suppliers. Both in the European Union and in another continents. Critics, including a powerful German business lobby, claim that this is simply a immense burden for businesses and in many cases the records are impracticable.

CSDD directive – what position of the Polish government?

Ambassadors European Union gave preliminary green light to the project, adoption of the bill is planned for 9 February 2024. Now it's all falling apart. I am curious about the position of the Polish government, especially since the multum of these companies in the chain is in Poland?
