This is about the charge that Janusz Kowalski directed towards firefighters, claiming that hundreds of kilometers of flood dams lay in their warehouses, while Poland was flooded with large water. The Minister added that all decisions on flood action were made by PSP commanders, and those decisions were "appropriate and adequate to threats, for which they deserve respect".
