The court of appeal yet acquitted the erstwhile head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister Tomasz Arabski and another authoritative of failing to fulfill their duties in organizing the flight to Smolensk in 2010. The acquittal of the 3rd authoritative was upheld. Earlier, the ultimate Court overturned the second-instance judgment.
