TOK FM won again with erstwhile KRRiT chief. Revoked fine

The Court of Appeal in Warsaw formally repealed the fine imposed more than a year ago on Radio TOK FM (Agora) by then president of KRRiT Maciej Świrski. Swirski besides lost to the station a trial concerning another punishment.
