TOK FM yet wins in court with erstwhile KRRiT chairman

The Court of Appeals in Warsaw dismissed the appeal of erstwhile KRRiT president Maciej Świrski from the judgement of the court of the first instance repealing his decision to impose penalties on Radio TOK FM for allegedly spreading hatred speech. The decision imposed penalties, among others, for statements made by the erstwhile president and ministers of the erstwhile power. The conviction is final.
