Today is the 40th anniversary of the martyrdom of Blessed Father Jerzy Popiełuszko

Blessed Father Jerzy Popiełuszko, patron of NSZZ "Solidarność", paid the price of his life for proclaiming the fact and standing up for the wronged and persecuted. On the day of his martyrdom, we celebrate the National Day of Remembrance of Steadfast Clergy.
