In order to avoid falling apart, the Union must tighten the course towards Poland

The functioning of the European Union is, on the 1 hand, a substance of law and, on the another hand, a policy based on negotiation and obfuscation. If only by law, Poland should have lost any privileges already. We have not had specified ostentatious violations of Treaty rights in the past of the Union. Without taking decisive action, the EC would send a very bad signal. This could even mean the beginning of the European Union's disintegration process.
