TK: provisions excluding the assessment of religion from the average of unconstitutional assessments

The Constitutional Tribunal ruled on Thursday that the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Education, by which the spiritual evaluation ceased to number as an average of the pupils' assessments, were incompatible with the basic law. The PiS Members requested that it be examined.
