Budapest residents celebrated late into the night the triumph of the opposition Tisza in Sunday's parliamentary elections in Hungary. Peter Magyar's grouping - according to results calculated on the basis of nearly 99 percent of the votes counted - can number on 138 seats in the 199-seat parliament.
