Time to build fortifications at the borders is shrinking. Without legal solutions, there will be no fortifications, e.g. in the Sokołki or Suwałk region. People will not let construction on private premises - said General Bogusław Bębenek, erstwhile head of Polish bomb squads and academic lecturer.
