Change of time after new? We'll decision the watches at least 4 more times

Perhaps we will have 1 of the last changes in time - at the end of March we will shift the watches by an hr forward. The EU Directive on this subject assumes that by at least 2026 associate States will be subject to a change in time. How are we working on a possible departure from this practice? Is there a chance to finalise them until the EU Directive is in force? The Polish side participates actively in talks.
