TikTok to Disappear? Court Verdict

A U.S. appeals court has rejected a challenge by TikTok and content creators to a law that forces the platform’s Chinese owner to sale its services so it can proceed operating in the U.S. As a result, the app could cease to be available on Jan. 19, the day before the inauguration of Donald Trump, who has defended TikTok.
