TikTok disappeared to return. Thanks to Trump

Last Sunday (i.e. 19 January this year) **American TikTok users were incapable to usage the app**. Access to it was excluded by law [the administration of Joe Biden](https://www.whitehouse.gov/administration/president-biden/) which entered into force on that day.
