

On 15 March 2022 Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Kaczyński, together with Czech heads of government Petr Fiala and Slovenia Janez Janša – as the first abroad leaders – arrived in Kiev, where they met with the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski and Prime Minister Denys Szmyhal. Politicians have given political support to the Ukrainians fighting Russian aggression since February 24.
