"Threat of an attack" in RCB alerts. Emergency services are responding to reports of explosions

The Russian nighttime attack on Ukraine put the Polish military and safety services on advanced alert. Early in the morning, aircraft began operating in Polish airspace, and residents of parts of the Lublin region received an alert from the civilian Protection Bureau (RCB) informing of an imminent air attack. There were besides reports of loud booms and explosions.
