According to the author, the message comes from a twitter account @KremlinRussia_E, which is 1 of the authoritative channels of Kremlin communication with the remainder of the world.
However, the last post on this account came in March this year, as can be seen on the screenplay above – and it has nothing to do with the “Sent”.
