In the areas most affected by last year's flood (Lower Silesia Province), Rafał Trzaskowski won - according to the final results of the presidential election after counting 100 percent of the districts. The Civic Coalition candidate received more support than his rival, including Lądek-Zdrój and Kłodzko.
