"In the case of the disclosure of individual data of the citizen (name and surname) by Mr. Rafał Trzaskowski, president of UODO will take the substance of his own motion" – this was confirmed by Virtual Poland from Karol Witowski, UODO press spokesman.
He added, "Anyone who chooses to make their individual data public with a comment (e.g. on the Internet, at a conference, etc.) must be aware that specified action may primarily consequence in a violation of individual property and, following the investigation of their protection under the rules provided for in the civilian Code (according to Article 23 of the civilian Code, individual property of a person, specified as: name, alias or image, stay under legal protection)".
But Witowski's answer to the WP shows that the PiS candidate may have akin problems. "In a akin way, the president of UODO will take the substance of disclosing the data of the same citizen in a video interview by Mr Karol Nawrocki (name, surname, address of stay)" – we read.
Trzaskovsky envelope for Nawrocki
Let us remind that during the debate on TVP at the very end of Trzaskowski approached Nawrocki and handed him an envelope. – This is the last chance to behave honestly. Here you go," he said. However, he did not uncover what was inside.
The KO candidate did this only a day later. And that's the problem, that he showed a photograph of Mr. George's data. There was besides a DPS account number in which a man resides. And a peculiar slogan for Nawrocki: "If you don't know how to behave – behave decently".
Nawrocki has already responded to the motion of his rival... with a fresh envelope. "In it is an evictive suit of the city of Warsaw directed against a household with a 6-year-old child. I want you to drop this lawsuit. Don't stand in the same line with home cleaners and reprivatization mobs. Will you do it? – you asked.
