Who will become the best Polish athlete in 2024? We will learn the answer to this question on 4 January at the athletics Masters Gala. For now, it is known that the 90th plebiscite of the athletics Review nominated 25 candidates for the plebiscite race. Among them were thirteen soldiers. How many of them will go to the top ten? Much depends on your vote!
The title of athlete 2024 in Poland will be fought, among others, by Aleksandra Mirosław, the gold medalist in the sports climbing in the games in Paris 2024.
In the second oldest sports plebiscite in the world, 25 candidates were nominated for the title of athlete of the year, including 3 four-man teams. Among 34 athletes there are thirteen soldiers: eleven of the Central Military Sports squad and 2 of the 9th Armored Cavalry Brigade in Braniewo.
Chapter 90 of the plebiscite of the athletics Review nominated all individual medalists XXXIII summertime Olympics in Paris, 2 volleyball players from the silver squad (Jakub Kochanowski and Wilfred León) and a bronze rowing settlement and a bronze squad of spoilers. The 90th plebiscite of the athletics Review consists of 2 stages. In the first, which began on 14 November, a leading 10 will be selected from among the nominees by 3 January 2025. The voices will be given 3 ways. First, on coupons printed in “Sport Review”, peculiar editions “PS”, “Sport Review. History” and selected issues of “Fact” and “Fact TV” magazine (last coupons will be printed on December 21). The plebiscite will include coupons that will scope Ringier Axel Springer Poland by December 27, 2024. Importantly, voting on coupons sent from newspapers gives the chance to award multiple points to athletes on the list: for first place – 10, for second – 9, for 3rd – 8 and so on to tenth position. There are besides 2 another ways to vote: through websites www.reviewsports.onet.pl and www.polsatsport.pl and by SMS sent to 7370 (cost PLN 3.69 incl. VAT). However, texting and website voting (with the same authorisation method you can vote erstwhile all 12 hours) gives you the chance to vote for 1 athlete who will receive only 1 point. Voting through websites will last until 3 January 2025 until 12.00, and text messages will besides last until 3 January, but until 4 p.m.
The second phase of the plebiscite will begin and end on January 4, 2025 during the athletics Masters Gala broadcast on Polsat antennas. After announcing the list of athletes who have advanced to the top ten, the vote for them will begin utilizing SMS. 1 point per SMS will be added to points obtained in the first stage. The vote will end according to the verbal-graphic information given during the transmission of the gala.
How many soldiers from the thirteen nominees will go to the second phase of the plebiscite and in the final game will fight for the leading positions on the list of Poland's top athletes in 2024?
