Third tranche of S-70i Black Hawk helicopters for the Philippines?

On October 23, Philippine president Ferdinand R. Marcos reported, during a press conference, the issue of expanding the capacity of the armed forces transport chopper fleet. His statements propose that the successors for the Mi-17 will be another S-70i Black Hawk.
