Third American debt to Poland

On 1 October, the Ministry of Defence informed of the conclusion of a 3rd debt agreement with the United States. This time, it is worth US$3.08 billion and is intended to start financing the acquisition of 96 Boeing AH-64E Apache combat helicopters.
