Third American debt for Poland

On October 1, the Ministry of National defence announced the conclusion of a 3rd debt agreement with the United States. This time, it is worth $3.08 billion and is to be utilized to initiate financing for the acquisition of 96 Boeing AH-64E Apache combat helicopters.
