They will spend PLN 500 billion on fast rail. It'll be later, slower and shorter. This is simply a lesson for Poland

It won't be fast or cheap. The British are stuck building high-speed railways. Fast trains from London to Birmingham will travel in 2036 or 2039. The cost of building the fresh line increased to PLN 500 billion. How can we not repeat these mistakes in Poland?
