Two Russian military commanders have been sentenced by a court in Rostov-on-Don in confederate Russia to 18 and 20 years in prison, according to the independent Russian website Mediazona. The convicts are Colonel Yevgeny Malyshko and elder Sergeant Roman Timonin.
