They tried to cross the barrier and were caught on the border with Lithuania

Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that the Afghan citizens detained on the border with Lithuania had previously tried to cross the border with Belarus. However, they were incapable to overcome the barrier. Belarusian services transferred them to the border with Latvia.
