They request an extra day off from work. It says "quiet revolution"

The Good State Foundation petitioned the Sejm in January to amend the Public Blood Service Act. At the end of February, the proposal was addressed to the Committee on Petitions and the deadline was extended in April. The authors of the petition want to amend the wording of the provision on "releasing from work and exempting from doing business on the day on which blood is donated, and on the working day following, as well as for periodic medical examination of blood donors".

"Let there be a silent miracle of solidarity today, which for years has been in the hearts of those who selflessly surrender to others. Is it not amazing that a man willing to sacrifice blood to save his neighbor's life must sometimes run through a bureaucratic maze and shift from hand to hand to yet get stuck in line to download?” Under current regulations, the day off is the day of the grant and the next day.

The proposal for days off is stuck in the Sejm. The petitioners want to "implement a simple rule"

"Let us imagine specified a silent revolution in which the donor, giving blood, receives real support in the form of 2 days off," the Good State Foundation proposes. The petitioners want to "implement a simple regulation whereby the costs of an extra day off will be covered by the state treasury". “What harm is it to grant a donor a well-deserved regeneration if individual else has a chance of endurance from his blood?” is simply a passage of justification.

“Why not correct the current strategy erstwhile we talk so much about sensitivity and social mission?” says the next sentence. The Good State Foundation urges that "donators request not feel robbed of their free time". "Let's imagine the grin of a donor who does not request to look for another day to recover, but simply receives it," the petitioners say. “Who knows, possibly the fewer drops of blood that go to the infirmary area will outweigh the destiny of someone’s life,” they conclude.
