The presidential safety service is refusing to cooperate in the arrest of erstwhile South Korean leader Jun Suk Jeol, Reuters reported. It besides revealed that Jun ignored the objections of ministers who warned that martial law, imposed by Jun on December 3 for a fewer hours, would have a "devastating" impact on the country.
