Looters rob the residents of Stronie Śląskie and are exceptionally brazen. According to "Gazeta Wyborcza", during the day they pretend to be flood victims or workers, and at night they go out to "hunt". respective twelve people from the city have banded together and formed citizen patrols that take care of the safety of the residents.
