Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal believes that all North European countries, including the Baltic and the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF) group, should allocate more than 2.5 percent of GDP to defence. He besides pointed out that "in addition to developing his own defence capabilities, we must assure Ukraine that we will support her until victory".
