Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal believes that all Northern European countries, including those around the Baltic Sea and those that form the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF), should allocate more than 2.5 percent of their GDP for defense. He besides noted that "in addition to developing our own defence capabilities, we must assure Ukraine that we will support it until victory."
