As stated by "Fakt", as many as 100,000 Polish pensioners are waiting to convert their pensions. It turns out that in their case the benefits for many years were underrated. What did that come from? Persons who retired in June 2009-2019 received lower benefits than in another months of the year. This was due to the fact that only the yearly weighting of contributions was applied this month. This left out more favourable quarterly growth rates.

Low retirement? The problem concerns many people
The Constitutional Tribunal pointed out this issue a while ago. 4 years ago, changes were introduced to destruct the problem with future recipients. However, these regulations did not include those who became retired in June from 2009 to 2019. The current government has already addressed this error. Therefore, the benefits of all victims will be recalculated.
The fresh pension will be valued
The fresh task of the Ministry of household assumes that people who became retired in June 2009 to 2019 will be able to apply for recalculation of their benefits. Moreover, the fresh pension will besides be validated, taking into account existing growth rates since the pension was granted.
According to the diary "Fact", on April 10 the fresh task is handled by the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers. If it is accepted, it will be discussed by the government. Any changes to this issue will be kept up to date.
