The PiS Settlement squad has filed a study to the prosecutor's office about a suspected crime committed by president Andrzej Duda. The case concerns the failure to accept the oath of office from 3 Constitutional Tribunal judges and the signing of a controversial amendment to the act on the National Council of the Judiciary. The President's Office has firmly denied the allegations.
