They didn’t make it to KSeF. But nothing will happen. Neither to the sellers nor to the buyers

Some companies inactive will not issue invoices in KSeF, despite legal obligations. For now, however, they are not threatened with penalties. Their contractors will not lose either, due to the fact that the taxation authorities let VAT deduction and cost settlement from conventional invoices.
