Algeria, with Russian support, has completed construction of a fresh military air base just 72 kilometers from the Moroccan border, creating a network of combat infrastructure in the volatile Tindouf region, according to satellite images released by the Atlantic defence and Armament Observatory (AODA). Moroccan media are reporting on a provocation by Algeria.
