The announcement of the date of the referendum on the dismissal of the president and the City Council of Krakow has sparked the paradoxical reaction of the most curious – Alexander Miszalski and his political environment, which the terms "democracy" and "citizens" constantly change by all cases. This time, however, the camp ruling the state – and, among others, the capital of Małopolska – urges the inhabitants of Krak Grod to stay in their homes on the day of the vote.
As the municipal election commissioner Dagmara Danc-Cislo announced on Tuesday, the decisive vote will be held on 24 May. There will be 12 people in the referendum committee, including six nominated by the authors of the action callback of the Krakow authorities, as well as 3 from the president and the city council.
"The result of the referendum is conclusive if more than half of the crucial votes were given in 1 of the solutions to the referendum," wrote the Commissioner.
Tens of thousands of crackers signed for the proposal, which yet led to the referendum, are charging the authorities of Grod Krak with a massive increase in already gigantic debt, as well as a failure to meet pre-election promises, unworthy of office, increases in ticket prices, extension of the hours of the paid parking area (also on Sundays) and repressiveness of the Clean Transport region and chaos in its introduction.
Alexander Miszalski, who only a period ago wrote on social media that “referendum was the best thing that could happen to him as a politician”, seemingly changed his mind. The date of the vote was signed on Facebook as follows:
"Referendum on appeal always mobilizes opponents. That's how the strategy works. Therefore, if you think I should finish my term, stay home on referendum day. Our triumph will be a low turnout in the referendum and advanced on all election day. The final decision, as always, is yours.”
The doctrine of boycotting a referendum by coalition supporters, who called herself "citizen", echoed in Radio Zet her leading politician, Boris Budka:
– The strategy is so constructed that – unfortunately, but in order to aid the President, or those who are satisfied with the President's work, or think that he should not be cancelled due to the fact that he needs to be settled after a full word in average elections, they should stay at home. The bill clearly states that a referendum must be valid, at least three-fifths of the people who participated in the second circular of elections must participate – replied the politician to the questions of Beata Lubecka.
– Mr President's supporters should stay home. The opponents will vote no. The turnout will be decided. If the opponents are a adequate number, I hope that will not happen, then the president will be called off. But anyone who goes to the vote increases attendance, i.e. increasing up similars the validity of the referendum. You defend the President, you stay home. You want to cancel it, you're going to a referendum. – convinced Budk.
Confederate politician Konrad Berkowicz replied to Miszalski: “But you yourself have convinced that democracy consists of the mass participation of voters in this alleged Holy. So don't fool yourself – according to your own rules you will be settled and thrown out of Krakow City Hall with a bang. It is only a substance of time.”
