These firms have made millions of dollars in the merger of Orlen and Lotus. "A situation that should never happen"

The Polish state has lost not only PLN 5 billion, but besides the impact of what is happening on the fuel marketplace - noted Euro MP Dariusz Joński, referring to the merger of Orlen and Lotus. Together with the Euro MP Michał Szczerba, he presented 3 law firms which earned over 70 million zlotys in the transaction.
