These Law Firms Made Millions on the Orlen-Lotos Merger: "A Situation That Should Never Have Happened"

The Polish state has lost not only 5 billion zlotys, but besides influence on what happens on the fuel marketplace - noted KO MEP Dariusz Joński, referring to the merger of Orlen and Lotos. Together with MEP Michał Szczerba, he presented 3 law firms that earned a full of over 70 million zlotys on the transaction.
