There will be no repeal of the EAW against Marcin Romanowski

On Friday, the Regional Court in Warsaw did not accept the request of Marcin Romanowski's defence lawyer to revoke the European Arrest Warrant against him, said the court's spokeswoman for criminal matters, justice Anna Ptaszek.
