Russia has created tools that it did not have during the mobilization in 2022, believes Alexander Graf Lambsdorff, erstwhile German ambassador to Moscow. In his opinion, further conscription into the army is simply a realistic scenario, and the digital strategy may prevent conscripts from fleeing the country.
